Fraud stops those in most need of housing from being able to access it. If you have concerns that a neighbour might be committing fraud, please contact us.

• How to spot fraud

  • Do you know if someone has another home that we don’t know about?
  • Do you think someone has given false information in their housing application?
  • Have you seen someone collecting rent from your neighbours?

• How to report fraud

  Report suspected fraud through LiveChat or through Connect, our customer portal.

• What we will do

  We already carry out home visits to all new tenants and regularly check the identity of existing tenants to make sure that the people living at the property are the lawful tenants. We will investigate any specific concerns that are reported to us and take the necessary action.
