We’ll pay you fairly. We continuously review our pay offer to ensure that we remain fair and competitive.
A great pension
You can plan for good retirement with our pension. We'll double what you pay in, up to 10%. So if you put in 5%, we'll add another 10%. We've also made it flexible, so you can manage it online.
Lots of leave options
You'll get 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, plus your Alliance Day - an extra day of holiday on each anniversary of your start date.
Family leave - Family is important, so you can choose to take four weeks unpaid parental leave plus three days dependent's leave per year.
Community leave - We invest in our communities and if you want to do the same, you can take two days to volunteer in the community.

Agile working - Home, Hub or Hotspot
You can work where and how you choose. It’s about outputs rather than time spent in the office. You can work from one of our hubs, your home or by connecting to a hotspot if you’re out and about.

Our offices are welcoming and flexible. They’re open plan with plenty of break out sofas and also hi-tech with video conferencing, standing desks and dual screens.

We’re all different so to meet everyone’s needs we provide a large range of resources in our Wellbeing Hub from an advice phoneline to discounts on gym membership.
