RSH Confirms Governance and Viability Ratings Following In-Depth Assessment
Alliance Homes has again been awarded a G1/V1 rating from the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) in its in-depth assessment (IDA). This is the highest rating a housing association can achieve for governance and viability.
This is the second IDA for the organisation and it confirms the regulator’s confidence in Alliance’s strategy, financial management and the way the business is run.
Louise Swain, Chief Executive said: “We are pleased to have retained our G1V1 rating. This demonstrates the regulators confidence in our business and financial planning.”
The grading comes shortly after the organisation secured over £175m in loan funding to progress with plans to build 2,000 homes over a ten-year period.
Alliance Homes was also reconfirmed with a credit rating of A1 from credit risk agency Moody’s in March of this year.
