Customer Satisfaction Survey: Let us know how we’re doing!
We’d like to let you know about the launch of our second round of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) customer surveys which started 3 January 2024 and will end on 19 January 2024. This is an opportunity for you to share your views and help us to improve our service.
Your voice, your experience, your input
The survey will be sent out to customers from various tenure types via telephone and email. Telephone interviews will be conducted by PFA Research, while email surveys will be managed by Maru/Matchbox. Surveys invitations by Maru/Matchbox will come from alliance.homes@matchboxuksurveys.co.uk.
Your feedback will help us to improve our services and meet your needs.

Taking part makes sure that your voice and experiences are a part of our decision-making process.
Participants will also be invited to enter a prize draw with a chance to win £250 Love2Shop vouchers as the first prize. Runners-up will receive £100 and £50 Love2Shop vouchers. Winners will be notified by January 29 2024.
What happens next?
Once the surveys are complete, we’ll combine these insights with the data from our July 2023 satisfaction survey and our landlord metrics. This set of results will then be submitted to the Regular of Social Housing.
We’ll report back on how we’re performing, what we’re doing following your feedback, along with some sector-wide insights, in Autumn 2024. We’ll continue to keep you updated.
