Alliance Living Care

Alliance Homes have decided to discontinue the provision of domiciliary care services under Alliance Living Care (ALC). 

ALC currently provides care on behalf of North Somerset Council and for a small number of private customers. 

The decision to disinvest in care follows a strategic review of services. As a housing association, our focus will be on providing social housing, building more affordable new homes and providing support services to enable customers to live independently. 

The new provider of services will be Weston-super-Mare based Access Your Care. They were chosen as the replacement provider following a selection process with North Somerset Council.  

We’re committed to continuing to provide the same level of high-quality care for our customers until the new arrangements are in place. From yesterday existing ALC employees TUPE transferred to Access Your Care. We’ve wrote to all customers to inform them of the change to ensure a smooth transfer of services.
