Alliance Homes is ranked 87th best workplace by Great Place to Work® UK!
Earlier this year, we announced that we had been certified as a Great Place to Work. This recognition is based on achieving a sufficiently high score against the internationally recognised, Great Places to Work Trust Index. We are now thrilled to announce that we've been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ (2023) officially ranking 87th on the list of large organisations.
This is a great achievement, we're all proud of especially as it's based on our own team members' views. Our colleagues were surveyed against a set of criteria that Great Places to Work have identified as what makes a great work culture. Their responses were then evaluated to see where we are on each element of the Great Places to Work index.
Alliance Homes' Chief Executive, Louise Swain, commented "Being recognised in this way is a great achievement, especially as it's only the third year we've taken part. Everyone should be really proud of the journey we've been on. We've taken on board feedback from previous years and we've used that plus our own AGAME values, to better our culture. But, the improvements don't stop there. We're going to keep improving, and continue to develop our offering and work culture so that we can not only retain this certificate but also improve our score."
