Where we have homes

Alliance Homes was born in 2006 after completing a stock transfer of around 6700 homes from North Somerset Council. These homes still make up a large part of the 6500 home that we own and manage today, largely based in North Somerset.

Since then, to keep up with the need to provide housing, our development programme has lead us outside of North Somerset in areas such as Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Bath and North East Somerset.
